How to setup an email signature in Postbox on Windows
Once you have created your email signature with Email Signature Rescue, simply follow the steps below to have it set-up in Postbox (Windows) within minutes.
Please note: these are the instructions for Postbox on Windows. If you're using Postbox on Mac, please click here.
Open Postbox on your Windows PC.
Click on "Tools" in the top toolbar and then click on "Options" at the bottom.
On the left hand side you will see a list of your current email address accounts that you have setup in Postbox. Click on the account you would like to add this email signature to and click "Identity" option. On the Identity tab, you should see a Signature field and next to that is an "Edit" button. Click on the Edit button. See image below.
A new Signature window should pop up. Add a name for this signature where shown.
Now we need to step outside the Postbox program for a minute and login to your Email Signature Rescue Dashboard. Find the email signature you wish to add to Postbox and press "Grab Code". Copy all of the code from the modal using Ctrl A, then Ctrl C.
Now that you have copied all of the code from your Email Signature Rescue email signature, you need to paste the code into the email signature box in Postbox. Go back to Postbox and click on the paper icon at the end of the toolbar, this will open another window that says Insert HTML (Enter HTML tags and text).
Paste the code into this new box (titled Insert HTML). Ctrl V for PC users and Command V for Mac to paste. It should look like this
Press OK on the screens that are open.
