How to setup an email signature in Sparrow for Mac OSX
Once you have created your email signature with Email Signature Rescue, simply follow the steps below to have it set-up in Sparrow (on Mac OSX) within minutes.
Please note: these instructions are for the iMac/MacBook version of Sparrow only. Sparrow on iOS does not currently support HTML email signatures.
Before you start
You need to login to your Email Signature Rescue account using either the Google Chrome Browser (download it here) or Mozilla Firefox Browser (download it here). You cannot install your signature by copying it from the Apple Safari browser, as this will result in errors.
Login to your Email Signature Rescue account. Click "Full Screen Preview" on the email signature you would like to install in Sparrow.
Once the email signature is open in your web browser, press "Command + A" to highlight the signature, then press "Command + C" to copy the signature.
Important: Do not use your mouse to select the area, only use Command + A as you may miss out on grabbing some of the code.
Open Sparrow and go to Preferences > Signatures.
Click in the signature editor and paste your signature using "Command + V" or right click and paste.
