- Ensure you have access to your signature's HTML code.

Install: Basic Guide
1 Step One
Open your HTML email signature file in Notepad (Windows), or Text Edit (macOS).
Press Ctrl / Command + A to select all of the signature code, followed by Ctrl / Command + C to copy.
2 Step Two
Switch to your web browser and login to your Dubsado account.
Select Templates from your sidebar and select Canned Emails.
3 Step Three
Click the Signature button and select the Code View icon to the far right of your formatting options.
Click inside the signature field and paste the HTML code you copied earlier. You can do this by clicking Ctrl / Command + V, or right clicking and selecting Paste.
4 Step Four
Click Save. Your signature will now automatically insert with canned responses.
Congratulations! Your email signature is now installed and ready to use!
Troubleshooting: Where do I find my email signature's HTML code?
- If you are an Email Signature Rescue member and are logged into your account, you can access your signature's HTML code by clicking the Grab Code button.
- If you have been emailed your HTML file, save it and open the file in Notepad for Windows, or Text Edit for macOS.
