Open your HTML email signature file in Notepad (Windows), or Text Edit (macOS).

Press Ctrl / Command + A to select all of the signature code, followed by Ctrl / Command + C to copy.

Switch to your web browser and login to your Dubsado account.

Select Templates from your sidebar and select Canned Emails.

Click the Signature button and select the Code View icon to the far right of your formatting options.

Click inside the signature field and paste the HTML code you copied earlier. You can do this by clicking Ctrl / Command + V, or right clicking and selecting Paste.

Click Save. Your signature will now automatically insert with canned responses.
