Install your HTML email signatures in any of our supported email clients, apps and CRM software using your Signature Key (via API) or follow our manual install guides. Find out what features are available to your email client(s) by checking the list below.
Have a signature key?
Have you been emailed a key from your Company Admin? Find your email client below, download the app or extension for your email software and paste your key in to install your email signature. If your email client doesn't support Key Installation, follow the manual guide to install the HTML file that's attached to the email instead.

Two Easy Ways to Install your Email Signatures
When you join Email Signature Rescue you can either manually install your email signatures in your email client(s) or if your email clients supports it, you can download our Installer Apps and Browser Extensions to install your email signatures for you.
1 Manual Installation following our Guides
Our email signatures will work with all email clients or software that support HTML by installing the signature following our manual installation guides.
For Single Users: Simply download, email or fullscreen preview the HTML file from your Email Signature Rescue Dashboard. Use the installation guides below to have your email signature installed in your email client(s) in just a few minutes. In most email clients it's as simple as a copy and paste.
For Multiple Users: When the Company Admin has finished creating the email signatures, email all users their HTML files by pressing the "Email All" button on the Dashboard. All users receive their own custom email signature HTML file and a link in their email to our installation guides. Users follow the manual installation guide for their own email client(s) and have their email signature installed within a few minutes.
2 Automatic Installation using our Apps
If your email client supports automatic installation (see our list below) use the key from your Email Signature Rescue Dashboard, download our apps or browser extension and paste your key in. This will not only install your email signature for you, but it will also automatically update your signature too.
For Single Users: Download our MacOS, Windows or Browser Extension apps available on this page below. Copy and paste your key from your corresponding email signature, found on your Dashboard, into the app where indicated.
For Multiple Users: When the Company Admin has finished creating the email signatures, email all users their signature keys using the "Email All Keys" button on the Dashboard. All users receive their own custom email signature key and a link in their email to our installation guides where they can download the app for MacOS, Windows or Browser Extension. Users paste their key and their signature is installed in their email client and can now be updated by the Company Admin, when logged into the Email Signature Rescue Dashboard.
Can I use Email Signature Rescue?
Generally, if you can install a HTML email signature in your software, you can use Email Signature Rescue.
Whether you follow our easy manual install guides or use our installer software and browser extensions with automatic updating, you can install our HTML email signatures in almost any email client!
Unlike many of our competitors, our email signatures are non-software specific, meaning you can create and install our HTML email signatures across multiple email software programs and apps like Gmail on Webmail, Outlook on Windows, Apple Mail on macOS and even iPad and iPhone on iOS!
