Email Signature Support: All Supported Software
Can I use Email Signature Rescue?
Generally, if you can install a HTML email signature in your software, you can use Email Signature Rescue.
Unlike many of our competitors, our email signatures are non-software specific, meaning you can create and install our HTML email signatures across multiple email software programs and apps like Gmail on Webmail, Outlook on Windows, Apple Mail on macOS and even iPad and iPhone on iOS!
Love us, or your money back.
If your email software is on this list, you can use Email Signature Rescue. Please select your OS, then your email software for our help articles and our HTML email signature installation guides.
My software isn't on the list
If your software is not on this list, it doesn't mean that it's not supported. It just means we haven't tested for it and can't offer any help with installation issues. If you can install a HTML email signature in your software, it will work for you too.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your software and apps and their compatibility with our email signatures.
Extensive HTML Email Signature Cross OS/Software Testing
Email Signature Rescue conducts extensive in-house testing on all of our email signature templates before we add them into our software. See the results of our testing below.

Why do some online email clients require a Browser Extension?
Outlook.com, AOL Mail and Yahoo! Mail all have character limits on their email signatures and require our Browser Extension to install your email signature to bypass these limits. You can find out more about character limits in email software here.
How do we test our email signatures?
Before adding our email signature templates to our software, we test them extensively in-house across all of our supported email clients, and we continue to test them as new versions of email software is released. There can be some slight variations on some email programs that are beyond our control, however our code is the best possible HTML code to work across all the major email clients, as shown below.
Know of an email client that supports HTML email signatures that's not on our list?
