What does the Email Signature Browser Extension do?
You can download the extension from the official Browser Web Stores, or on this page, and once downloaded, a new button will appear on your browser toolbar.
Click on the button to reveal an editor box. Paste your email signature's HTML code (with an unlimited amount of characters) directly into the extension's editor box and press save.
Each time you write a new email, forward an email or reply to an email, the extension's HTML email signature will be inserted directly into the compose message box.
Do the email signatures have any character limits using the browser extension?
No, there are no character limits. You can include as many characters as you need.
Which online email clients will the Email Signature Browser Extension work with?

IMPORTANT: Update 31st August 2016. We tested installing our email signatures directly into Outlook Office 365 today and there is no more character limit! You can now install your email signatures directly into Outlook Office 365 and there is no need to use our Browser Extension. How do I install my signature in the Browser Extension?
The process to install your signature into the browser extension is simple. Follow these steps:
- Login to your account with your email signature dashboard open
- Click "Grab Code" on the signature you would like to install
- Copy all of the code, then click on the web extension icon in your toolbar and paste the code into the web extension's editor box
- Press "Save HTML". Test your email signature by composing a new email, or sending a reply.
