What is a reseller?

A reseller is an individual or company who endorses Email Signature Rescue and wants to offer our software and email signatures to their clients or to others.

Can I become a reseller?

If you're a designer, agency, studio, freelancer or in marketing then you are eligible to become a reseller. You can apply for to become a reseller here.

What do I get from becoming a reseller?

As a reseller, you receive a few benefits which regular users do not.

You receive:

Add unlimited clients to your dashboard
High-Priority support

Do I receive a discount as a reseller?

Yes. All resellers will receive a 20% discount code if your application is successful.

Each reseller receives their own unique reseller code which can be used on all plans and has an unlimited number of uses.

I just signed up but my discount wasn't applied. Why?

If you made payment via PayPal then you will not be able to apply your reseller code as it applies to credit card payments only.

The reason for this is that as a reseller, you will likely need to upgrade or downgrade your plan as your sign up new clients. This can only be done by credit card.

If you've already made payment via PayPal then just get in touch with our support team from your account's help button and they will manually process the refund for you.

Why can't I create any more email signatures?

The likely reason for this is that you've reached your plan limit. Don't worry though, you can upgrade your plan to create more for your valued clients.

You will only be charged the difference in upgrade cost and for the time remaining on your subscription, as well as being refunded if you're to downgrade your plan.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by going to your Member Profile > Plans > Change Plan.
