How to setup an email signature in Yahoo Mail
Once you have created your email signature with Email Signature Rescue, simply follow the steps below to have it set-up in Yahoo Mail within minutes.

Getting a "Sorry, there was an error saving your signature" Message?
Yahoo! Mail enforces a character restriction which limits your signature to a small amount of characters. If you're getting the above error message, it is because your signature exceeds Yahoo! Mail's character count. We have developed a browser extension for use with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer which allows you to bypass this and have your signature as you like. Simply install the web extension, then continue with the installation instructions below.
Install your signature using our Web Extension!
Begin the installation process by following the below steps.1Step One
Login to your account with your signature dashboard open. Select the "Grab Code" button on the signature you wish to install.2Step Two
Highlight all of the code and copy it.3Step Three
Open the Email Signature Rescue Web Extension. Paste your HTML Signature Code, and press "Save HTML". Your signature will then preview below.4Step Four
Compose a new email or reply and your signature will automatically be inserted.
Congratulations! Your email signature is now installed using our Web Extension.

You need to login to your Email Signature Rescue account using either the Google Chrome Browser (download it here) or Mozilla Firefox Browser (download it here). You cannot install your signature by copying it from the Apple Safari browser, as this will result in errors. Or if you have been emailed your HTML file, simply open it in Chrome or Firefox.2Step Two
Login to your Yahoo Mail account. Once Yahoo Mail is open, hover over the "Cog" icon on the top right of your screen. Select "Settings"3Step Three
From the Settings menu, select "Writing Email" then under Signature, change "Don't use a signature" to "Show a rich text signature".4Step Four

Once the Email Signature is open in your web browser, press CTRL + A (or Command + A for Mac) to highlight the signature, then press CTRL + C (or Command + C for Mac) to copy the signature.6Step Six
Change back to Yahoo Mail, and press CTRL + V (or Command + V) to paste your signature into the empty signature box.7Step Seven
Save the settings and you're done!
Congratulations! You will now see your brand new Email Signature when composing emails using Yahoo Mail.
