I get an error saying my email signature is too long.
AOL Mail has a very strict character restriction. Because of this, you're unable to install your email signature within AOL Mail's settings. Instead, you can use our web extension on Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox which has been developed for this exact purpose.
Read our Before you start section then follow our Install: Web Browser Extension for further instructions.
My email signature doesn't look right when I paste it
If you have copied the code of your email signature into our web extension instead of the key, then the likely reason for this is you haven't copied all of the code which is causing an issue in the formatting. We suggest composing an email and sending it to yourself to see if it is in fact displaying incorrectly.
If the signature continues to display incorrectly, please contact our support team from your member account.
I am composing an email and I can't click on any links or social media icons
In compose mode, most email programs won't allow you to use the links in your email signature. Check to see if your email signature has been installed correctly by sending a test email to yourself instead. The links and social media icons should work when you receive the email.
