Download the macOS Installer App and install it onto your Mac device.
Copy your provided Signature Key. This may have been emailed to you, or you can access it from your Email Signature Rescue account.
Click the Add New Email Signature button to create an install. Select your email client from the dropdown list, then paste your signature key into the next field and click Save Key.
Important: If you're using more than one email account, click Advanced Settings then enter the email address of the account that you want your email signature to work with. This will prevent the signature from being applied to all email accounts.
Compose a new email and your email signature will automatically insert into your emails.
Open your HTML email signature file in your web browser.
Press Cmd + A to select the entire email signature, then press Cmd + C to copy it.
IMPORTANT: Do not use your mouse to select the area, only use Cmd + A as you may miss out on grabbing some of the code.
Open Apple Mail and from the menu bar select Mail then Settings. Select the Signatures tab at the top of the window.
From the left side, select the email account that you want to add your signature to. Click the + icon at the bottom of the middle column and enter a name for your email signature. On the right side, uncheck the Always match my default message font box then click inside the text field above and press Cmd + V to paste your copied email signature.
Now that your signature is added, click into the black space in the middle column and your email signature should get set as default in the Choose Signature dropdown below.
Close out of your Mail settings and compose a new email. Your email signature will now automatically insert when composing an email within Apple Mail on macOS 15 Sequoia.
Open your email signature in your device's browser app.
NOTE: Do not open your email signature in your mail app, you must open it in your web browser app.
Tap and hold on some text in your email signature such as the name, then tap Select All. Your email signature will be highlighted, then tap Copy.
Go to your Settings app and tap Mail, then scroll down and select Signature.
Select either All Accounts or Per Account, whatever is preferred, then tap and hold in the field below. Select the Paste option to insert your copied email signature.
You will notice that your email signature isn't quite displaying correctly. Shake your device side to side until a text box opens prompting to undo changes. Tap Undo and you'll see your signature's formatting is corrected and displays as intended.
Close out of your settings and compose a new email. You should see that your email signature is automatically added to the end of your email.
