Firstly, you need to have your email signature installed in your Gmail account settings. If you don't know how to do this, visit our Gmail install guide.
Now that your email signature is installed within Gmail. Log in to your Copper CRM account and select the Settings icon from your sidebar.
Expand Personal Preferences and select Email Settings & Templates.
Under Email Preferences, check the Use Gmail Signature option.
Your email signature will now pull in from your Gmail account settings and automatically insert when emailing from Copper CRM.
