Open your HTML email signature file in your web browser.
Press Cmd + A to select the entire email signature, then press Cmd + C to copy it.
IMPORTANT: Do not use your mouse to select the area, only use Cmd + A as you may miss out on grabbing some of the code.
Open Canary Mail for Mac, then from the menu bar select Canary then Preferences.
From the Preferences window you will see tabs listed across the top, select Signature.
From your Signature tab you will now see a large blank box which is where you will insert your email signature. Click inside the field then press Cmd + V to paste your copied email signature.
Now that your signature has been pasted, untick the Sent from Canary check box at the bottom left of the signature window.
Click Save, close out of your preferences and compose a new email. Your signature will now be automatically inserted into your emails when sending from Canary Mail.
Open your HTML email signature file in your iPhone's web app.
Tap and hold on the name in your email signature, then tap the Select All option, then Copy.
Open the Canary Mail app and tap the icon at the top left of the app. Select Settings from the sidebar.
Scroll down and select Signatures. Select your email account from the Signatures list.
Tap inside the signature field and delete the text that says "Sent from Canary". Tap and hold inside the field again, and select Paste. Hit Save at the top right.
Close out of your settings and compose a new email. Your email signature will now be automatically inserted when sending emails from the Canary Mail iOS App.

Open Canary Mail for Windows, then select Preferences from the left menu.
From the Preferences window select Signatures on the left side, then select Signature 1 from the Signatures list.
Click inside the signature text field and highlight the Sent from Canary text, then hit delete. Hit Ctrl + V to paste your copied email signature. Hit Save.
Close out of your preferences and compose a new email. Your email signature will now be automatically inserted when writing new emails from Canary Mail for Windows.
