Open your HTML email signature in your web browser.
Press Cmd + A to select the entire email signature, then press Cmd + C to copy it.
IMPORTANT: Do not use your mouse to select the area, only use Cmd + A as you may miss out on grabbing some of the code.
Open Outlook for Mac 2016 and from your toolbar, select Outlook > Preferences.
From your Outlook Preferences window, select Signatures.
With your Signatures window open, go ahead and create a new signature by clicking the + icon.

Outlook 2016 Email SignaturesEnter a name for your email signature, then delete the text below and press Cmd + V to paste your copied email signature.
Once your email signature has been pasted, you should see a clipboard icon at the bottom right of it, you may need to hover over the signature for it to appear. Click the clipboard and select Keep Source Formatting. This will ensure that your email signature uses our code and doesn't re-format back to using Outlook's code.
Close out of the window and click Save Changes. Then set your new email signature as your default in the bottom of the Signatures window.
Close out of your settings and compose a new email. Your email signature will now be automatically inserted when sending emails from Outlook for Mac 2016.
Copy your provided Signature Key. This may have been emailed to you, or you can access it from your Email Signature Rescue account.
Click the plus icon at the top left of the installer app to add a new email signature.
Click on the Select your email client drop down box and choose Outlook 2016.
Click on the Select your email account drop down box and choose the email account you would like your email signature installed into.
Click on the insert your signature key field and press Ctrl + V to paste your copied signature key. If the key is valid, a green tick will appear on the right side.
Ensure the Insert for replies/forwards box is checked, then click the Install Signature button.
Our installer app will now install your email signature into Outlook for you. When you compose a new email within Outlook, your email signature will appear.
