Open your HTML email signature in your web browser.
Press Cmd + A to select the entire email signature, then press Cmd + C to copy it.
IMPORTANT: Do not use your mouse to select the area, only use Cmd + A as you may miss out on grabbing some of the code.
Open Outlook for Mac 2011 and from your toolbar, select Outlook > Preferences.
Once the Preferences window is open, select Signatures from the Email section.
Press the + button to create a new signature and enter a name for your email signature.
Click in the Signature text box and delete any existing text or code. Press Cmd + V to paste your copied email signature.
NOTE: Your email signature may not display correctly when you paste it into your settings. Ignore this as the signature will display properly when composing and sending emails.
If you would like to setup Default Signatures, click the Default Signatures...
button at the bottom and choose the correct signature for your email account.
Close out of your settings and compose a new email. Your email signature will now be automatically inserted when sending emails from Outlook for Mac 2011.
Copy your provided Signature Key. This may have been emailed to you, or you can access it from your Email Signature Rescue account.
Click the plus icon at the top left of the installer app to add a new email signature.
Click on the Select your email client drop down box and choose Outlook for Mac 2011.
Click on the Select your email account drop down box and choose the email account you would like your email signature installed into.
Click on the insert your signature key field and press Ctrl + V to paste your copied signature key. If the key is valid, a green tick will appear on the right side.
Ensure the Insert for replies/forwards box is checked, then click the Install Signature button.
Our installer app will now install your email signature into Outlook for you. When you compose a new email within Outlook, your email signature will appear.
