How to Duplicate or Copy Email Signatures
To do this, simply login to your account. Once you are logged in you will see your dashboard with all your email signatures. To copy all the information from one email signature into another simply hit the "Duplicate" button next to the email signature that you want to create a copy of.
Duplicating email signatures makes it easy for you to create additional email signatures, for all your staff. The duplicated signature will include all of the same information as the signature it was copied from, including address fields, telephone numbers, social icons, colors and template design.
