My email signature isn't inserting when I compose a new email
See step five on our install guide. There are two checkboxes in the email signature settings. You can check and uncheck to add/remove your email signature to new email messages, replies and forwards.
I am composing an email and I can't click on any links or social media icons
In compose mode, most email programs won't allow you to use the links in your email signature. Check to see if your email signature has been installed correctly by sending a test email to yourself instead. The links and social media icons should work when you receive the email.
My social media icons are stacking vertically or my email signature's format is changing when I paste it into the email signature settings
If you're using the Safari web browser to open your email signature's HTML file and you're having issues with your email signature formatting incorrectly when you paste it (eg. social media icons are stacking vertically), use the Chrome or Firefox browser instead. The Safari browser is known to have bugs to cause formatting issues.
