Add, change, setup, install email signature Outlook Mac 2016
Create and customize your email signature using Email Signature Rescue. Once you have finished creating your Email Signature, simply follow the steps below to have it set-up in Microsoft Outlook 2016 on Mac within minutes.
We have found a solution to installing your HTML email signature using a third-party Mac App which is currently the only way to install your signature without formatting errors in Outlook Mac 2016 15.22+.
How to resolve the issue
Download HTML Email Signature for Outlook directly from the Mac App Store for only $1.99 (USD). Then simply copy and paste the HTML provided in your Email Signature Rescue account into the app to install your email signature into Outlook Mac 2016.
Please note: this app is not developed or owned by us, but we have tested the app and it's currently the only 100% fail-proof solution that we have found so far to correct formatting issues brought about by the 15.22+ update to Outlook Mac 2016. We'd like to personally thank the App Developer, Daniel Caspi for reaching out to us and letting us know.
