Add, change, setup, install email signature Outlook Mac 2016
Create and customize your email signature using Email Signature Rescue. Once you have finished creating your Email Signature, simply follow the steps below to have it set-up in Microsoft Outlook 2016 on Mac within minutes.

Login to your Email Signature Rescue account and click on the full screen preview button to open your email signature in a full screen view.
If you have been emailed your signature file, simply open it in your default web browser.2Step Two
Once the Email Signature is open in your web browser, press Command + A to highlight the signature, then press Command + C to copy the signature.
Important: Do not use your mouse to select the area, only use Command + A as you may miss out on grabbing some of the code.3Step Three
Open Microsoft Outlook 2016.4Step Four
Once Outlook 2016 is open, click Outlook" on the toolbar in the top left, then select Preferences.5Step Five
Select Signatures under the Email section.6Step Six
Click on the + (plus) icon to create a new signature and type a name for your email signature, hit enter.7Step Seven
Paste your signature into the field using Command + V. Set your signature as the default for New Messages and Replies/forwards below.
If the email signature preview in the settings area is cutting off your email signature, double check if your email signature is setup correctly, by composing a new email message instead.8Step Eight
Close the settings and you're done!
Congratulations! You will now see your brand new email signature when sending emails using Outlook 2016 for Mac.
