How to setup an email signature in Outlook Mac 2011
Once you have finished customizing your email signature using Email Signature Rescue, simply follow the steps below to have it set-up in Outlook 2011 (Mac) within minutes.
Login to your Email Signature Rescue account and click on the full screen preview button to open your email signature in a full screen view.
Once the Email Signature is open in your web browser, select all (Command + A) to highlight the signature, then press copy (Command + C) to copy the signature.
Important: Do not use your mouse to select the area, only use Command + A as you may miss out on grabbing some of the code.
Open Outlook 2011 Mac. Go to File > Preferences.
Once the Preferences window opens, select Signatures.
Press the + button to create a new signature and give your signature a name.
Click in the Signature text box, delete any existing text or code in the box first, then press Command V to paste your signature. (As this box is quite small, the signature might look a little distorted, but that's ok, compose an email to see how it will really look).
If you would like to setup Default Signatures, click the Default Signatures... button at the bottom and choose the correct signature for your email account.
That's it, now compose an email to see your signature.
Congratulations! You will now see your brand spanking new Email Signature when sending emails from Outlook 2011 Mac.
