How To: Set-up Email Signature for Mozilla Thunderbird

Once you have downloaded your Email Signature from Email Signature Rescue dashboard, simply follow the steps below to have it set-up in Mozilla Thunderbird within minutes.

Step One:

Open Mozilla Thunderbird.

Step Two:

Once Thunderbird is open, navigate to 'Tools' at the top of the program on the Menu Bar and click.

*Tip* If you can't see the menu bar, right click on 'Get Mail' and tick the Menu Bar option to enable it.

Step Three:

Scroll down the list and select 'Account Settings'.

Step Four:

Select the email account that you want your new Email Signature to be used on.

Step Five:

Tick the box that says 'Attach the signature from a file instead (text, HTML or image)'.

Step Six:

Click the 'Choose...' button to navigate to your saved Email Signature File.

Step Seven:

Navigate to your saved Email Signature Rescue Email Signature HTML file, click, and select 'Open' (or hit Enter).

Step Eight:

You will now see the link to your Email Signature in the box. Select OK to accept the changes and you're done!

Congratulations! You will now see your brand spanking new Email Signature when sending emails.
